Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 3 days prior to your pickup time.

I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!

All orders are pick-up only. Delivery can be an option if you live within X miles of the pick-up location with an additional fee of $20! I love a good drive bonus if that drive is past a Starbucks!).

Delivery and pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar!

Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 7 days prior to pick up. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.

Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that – inspiring. But your cookies may not be perfect replicas – we’ll try to keep it close.

We know that you can’t control when you have come in contact with a person who has Covid, and we want to work with you. Need to reschedule your event? We can freeze your cookies for 2 weeks so you can stay home and rest.

While I can’t accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee of 30% of order.

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).

Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.

Copyright images (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) are protected, and I won’t be able to replicate in them baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!

But they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size! (which is a bummer, I’d frankly love to eat an 8.5x11 inch cookie!!)

Once you pick-up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies, cocoa bombs, and car doors (I hate door dings) is all on you! Keep ‘em safe, keep ‘em cook, and keep ‘em away from the parking lot cart returns.

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every batch, unfortunately, I often need the help of USPS. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also – while I ship Priority, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.

(I’m easily spooked). To get your order juuust right, I’ll need you to reply to my messages within X hours – otherwise, I may just have to wing it (I’m good at wingin’ it – just ask my eyeliner). Questions for me? Please give me about X hours to reply – I’m usually covered in dough!

Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can't always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out - I may have a perfect referral for ya!

This order has been made in a home kitchen not inspected by the State Department of Health. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law. *tips cowboy hat* *straightens Sheriff pin*

While death will never do us part, you’re consuming food and with the consumption of anything (including that bottle of wine last night) there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities – albeit hopefully far reaching.

If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather (darn rain), but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget
